Feeling the urge to try baking a durian cake so much I decide to do it last saturday... bought some D24 on Friday nite.. RM9/kg :S bought 3 biji for R36.... but it's ok.... only once a while :p
Saturday morning went to kindy to help my mom then afternoon went giant with them.... around 4pm only I started baking.... was so afraid that the cake will smell horrible.. :p lucky it turn out ok... when bake that time can't really smell the durian smell but when cut & put inside the mouth then can taste the durian taste.... was quite please with the result but not satisfied coz I feel that my cake is still abit coarse.... will try it again soon.... this time tog with Cooperlover.. soli kawan.. didn't wait for u to start tog... :p
Anyway Zoey came to stay overnite with me... since she is choosy about the food quality... so I assume my cake is quite tasty la.. coz she ate a few piece of it.... then Sunday morning we went picnic with her and her mom & Cooperlover too at my apt's swimming pool.... till I get sunburn and have to ask hubby to help rub lotion on my back... so painful... :p .... then kena ngi nig ngor ngor from him... :p
