Ha... this is the final part for my baking spree this weekend.... The cake is call Fly Affrican. Don't ask me why is the name so as I myself also have no idea hihihi.... found the recipe in Aunty Yochana's blog. Dana have tried it and says it is nice so I give it a go la. I replace the walnut with almond nips as I don't have that at home. I toast the almond nips before using it, but was forgetfull and kind of burn the almond nips so it does smell a bit burn... aiks!! So I just use lesser nips instead of the original 100gm I measured.
But the end result was ok only... because my oven too small and the cake too big... maybe next time I will divide it into 2 portion & make 2 small ones instead... Anyway it taste nice :)

hahahaha... u like?? when u free come over la... we can make it together... but has to be smaller size 1 coz my oven small :p
