Cream Cheese Chiffon Cake

Found around 1kg cream cheese still sitting there in my fridge so decided to try out this recipe as it really look nice in the picture. Got this recipe from here. But the cake didn't turn out well as in the beginning 10min, the oven actually runs without electricity as the plug has loosen from the power source.

At first I thought my oven was broken but doubt that was the case as it was still working when I preheat the oven 10min ago. And the moment I turn my head around, I saw what causing it. However I guess that's too late already as my cake did not rise well and turn out so flat and heavy... the texture is a bit like fudge based cake texture. However, I must say that the taste is still very nice. Definitely will try it again.. hope it will turn out right the next round I make it....
