Made these last night... the frist time I make it on Tuesday it didn't turn out well and the dessicated coconut is a bit stale... hubby say forget it do others type la.. but I "m kum sum" die die I want to try again.... so yesterday after work went to buy new packet of coconut and try it again... and the result was quite satisfying...

I made a few changes to the original recipe to accomodate to hubby's taste... as he says not to put too much coconut milk... so I decided to replace it with fresh milk instead and I have also increased the baking powder slightly and reduce the pandan paste amount

Pipe it out... then top with cherry
All ready to be sent into the oven...
Ding dong.... all set & done...
