Cappucino Meringue

Made this on suday... first time trying to do it... I must say the process is very very long and not so easy to make as well especially when come to preparing the batter... need to beat it till soft peak but I am not good in judging that.... really make me sweat alot... the pipping & baking is extremely easy only thing is that the baking takes very long time as it has to be bake on very slow heat till it is dry & crispy.... say minimum 1hr 15min.... :S

This is how soft peak should be... by my own judgement la... as long as when pipe out can hold its shape.... :p
