Happy New Year 2009

Ah.. another year have past and a new year have begin again... so fast me and hubby have spend so many years together... in fact this was the 9th new year we spend together... just like last year, we didn't go anywhere special to celebrate our new year just went down to the road side beside LDP in front of HK bank there to see the fire works from far only... can't really see too well if the fire works is not high enough... but still it is nice and the fire work last around 5-10minutes :) After that we just went to lok-lok stall by the road side to have some food... hubby had his lok-lok and I had the taiwan pop corn chicken (so much till cannot finish even after I gave some to him...) and a blueberry smoothy for each of us... ah~~ there after went home around 3am only we sleep... next morning was so tired till I don't feel like going to work.. XD

Even though our new year celebration seems like nothing much and not very happening... but we still feel great as most important is that we are able to be with each other and it is meaningful to us... like the chinese proverb says.. "mut hing ching yi jung".. meaning its not how great the value of the gift that matters but its the sincerity and thoughfulness of the giver's that count most...
