Blueberry Cake

Promised Dana to bake her something for her birthday (which have already passed :p ) so here it is, blueberry cake. Can't show here how the internal looks like as it was not cut yet... hehe

Sandwich the cake with whipped cream and blueberry filling

Crumb coat the cake

Ice the cake with more whipped cream

Finally decorate with BC flower and tada!! its done :) Happy Belated Bday Dana, hope u like it!

Well since I am using half portion of the batter for the cake so the remaining I made it into cupcake and decorate a few of it for my niece and nephew :D and some plain one for my mom (she like her cake plain.. hehe
