Make this and bring it to Penang to celebrate my brother's birthday in advance... he was born on the year of monkey so that's the reason for the monkey face to be there hehehe... but next time wil try not to use buttercream as it is sweet and the colour of the cream is always a bit yellowish so it always make certain color such as blue a bit dull compare to if I use royal icing or whip cream. And it also have a sandy texture & very sweet. Maybe if were to use then I will use the Swiss Buttercream instead which is less sweet and more smooth :)
