This cookie really deserve its name as the texture feels rough like the tongue of the cat. Nice to eat but feels that its a little too sweet. Hmm... but the baking is quite difficult as it melts real fast making the dough very thin and thus the bottom brown too fast... looks like I need to get the pan soon... hehehe guess hubby gonna faint soon... XD
