Bake this last night... start around 9:00pm and finish around 1:30am... then clean up.. by the time I go to bed is 2:30am liao... so tiring... anyway I must say the out come is satisfying... hehehe
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
150gm butter
80gm icing sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla essence
280gm plain flour
50gm milk powder
2 tbsp corn flour
100 - 110gm hazelnut (toasted)
200gm dark chocolate melted
50-100gm white chocolate melted
some paper cups
Methods:
- Sieve flour, milk powder and corn flour together.
- Beat butter and icing sugar till fluffy, then add in egg yolks and vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Fold in sifted flour to form a dough.
- Divide into small pieces (5gm each)
- Wrap in a piece of the toasted hazelnut and shape into rounds and arrange on lined baking trays.
- Bake at 180C for 10-15min leave to cool.
- Soak and coat the hazelnut ball with dark chocolate and place it into the paper cup.
- Place melted white chocolate into piping bag and pipe out white lines on cookie.
- Leave to set before storage.
