Another baking for Christmas... I always have a habit of toasting my nuts before adding into cookies dough... but this time I learn that not all nuts need to be toasted... especially macadamia.. it brown so fast that in short time it become over toasted... aiks~ never mind la.. make it t-bits lor XD ... I must say this is one of the best choc chips cookies I have ever made taste quite like Famous Amous I must say :D
Egg & Vanilla essence added into the butter mixture
Add in the flour mix well
Add in the macadamia nuts and chocolate chips
Mix well into a sticky dough
Use 2 spoon to scoop onto the pan and bake
Ding!! Out from the oven....
and into the container.... :)
