Moist Chocolate Cake

Baked these over the weekend for his churches fund raising.... bake 2 of these with the chocolate ganache... I like this cake cause its just the right texture. Only thing is I have to reduce the sugar quite alot to reduce the sweetness..
Here is the up close of the patterni made using fork... not so nice but for first timer i guess can consider pass la... :p
the cake bcome much more thinner after my levelling... must remember next time to use the wet towel method so that it will come out more leve... no need level on my own.
Then after leaving it to set for about 1-2 hours, I cut it up and pack it nicely and its ready for sale :p
