Today is Mothers' Day so a very Happy Mothers' Day to all the great mom in this world and of course also to the best mom we ever had in the world :) Today is a happy day for celebration but its also a very scary day for me as hubby was warded into ICU as his blood platelet have drop to 9,000 due to dengue.... but thank god and all those who have help him he is ok and recovering now....
My first time ever to be able to bake such a flat cake... so happy.. muahahaha
bake the cake on saturday night....
Since I can't really sleep so decorated the cake as well till about 3.30am :p and outline the pattern I wanted on the cake....
Did this final touch up of the buttercream on sunday after coming back from admitting my hubby... finish the preparing of the BC + decorating the cake within 1hr then rush back to hospital again... the decoration didn't turn out as I imagine... just too crowdy as I wanted to cover a few error & accident I've made.... so here we are.... my brother say very Indian ... hahaha... told him coz I married an Indian ma... muahahahahaha

good to know that you like baking too... but for me usually i like to do it all from the scratch instead of using the ready made pack where u jst need to add in all the eggss, milk & water :)
