hahahahaha sound so funny like in those kung fu movie right?? my sis bring this so call Ping San Suet Lin for me today (cause she say my place here is volcano so help me cool down abit)... according to her shld peel the skin away and soak it a while to remove the slime and chill it properly prior to eating... the taste is like eating water chestnut and very refreshing.... she purposely bring this over to cheer me up after the 2 whole long & stressful weeks I had from taking care of hubby who is warded for dengue and also handling all his family members that nearly drive me nuts :(
so this is how this Ice mountain lily look like... hmm something like sweet potate... :p Anyway since I have not eat it yet so can't show how it really looks like after cutting it up... will post more pix when I cut it up (provided I remember to do so *chuckle*)
