Mango Mousse Cake

Made this for my colleague who's birthday fall just exactly 1 month after mine. Anyway this is my very first time doing mousse cake everything seems to go well except I am not sure if the taste will turn out how. Hopefully it will turn out alright. Hmm.. today I also finally learn / give it a try and whipped up the whip cream using a hand whisk. Thought it will be very difficult and tiring but turn out not that bad after all and can save electricity also =D hahaha... actually I learn this trick through one of the bakery shop in Kota Damansara where the nice lady (whom I believe is the shop owner) was so kind to explain & teach me how to do it. Basically you just need to swing the handwhisker left & right and that's all you need to do :p
