Almond Snowy Heart Cookies

Found some almond flakes in the fridge while cleaning yesterday so decided to make use of it and here it is....



Here is the dough... very very sticky >_<

Roll it out... cut & send it to bake ....

Recipe
Ingredient:
130g Shortening
70g Icing Sugar
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp Vanilla essence
80gm Corn Flour
120gm Plain Flour
60gm Almond Flakes (toasted)
Method:
1. Mix shortening, icing sugar, salt & vanilla essence till smooth.
2. Fold in corn flour, flour & almond to form soft dough.
3. Roll out in between plastic sheets to about 1cm thick and cut with cookie cutter dipped with some flour.
4. Bake at 160˚C for 20 minutes on a lined baking tray. Cool well before storing.
