Pandan Sheepy Cake

Bake this pandan cake for Vanessa the little girl my mom used to baby sit last time for her birthday. She was actually born on the year of the Sheep which means she is actually 2 cycle younger than me :)

She always told me she want to have a sheep cake with lots of sheep. So I made 2 sheeps & a little girl (which is suppose to be her ;) ) Wanted to make a few more sheep but I ran out of time so have to settle with 2. Also make some tiny flower to top the cake off. Initially I wanted to place the sheep to stand on the plateau... but as u can see it is a little too big for the plateau so that's where it is now.

Here's the birthday girl with her sheepy cake

Step by step
one 9" round cake & one 6" round cake (cut into half ) and stack up like this..

cover it with whipping cream & sprinkle with dessicated coconut (coloured with some green food coloring)

And finally top with these cute fondant cake topper :) as usual handmade by me :)

and lastly not to forget those tiny daisy where I colour the whipping cream and pipe it with round pipping tip to make it look like grass & pop the flower's in :)
